# Scheduled reports

> Deliver reports to inboxes on a recurring schedule.

Scheduled reports run automatically on a defined cadence and deliver results to one or more recipients via email or Slack. Use them to eliminate manual report pulls and keep stakeholders informed without extra effort.

## Create a schedule

1. Open a saved report and click **Schedule delivery**.
2. Set the frequency: daily, weekly, or monthly.
3. Choose the day and time (all times are in the workspace timezone).
4. Click **Next** to configure recipients.

## Choose recipients

<Tabs>
  <Tab title="Email">
    Enter one or more email addresses. Recipients do not need to be workspace members—any valid email address works.

    The delivery includes:

    * A summary header with the report name and run time
    * An inline preview of the first 10 rows
    * A link to view or download the full report
    * An attached CSV (optional—toggle in delivery settings)
  </Tab>

  <Tab title="Slack">
    Connect your workspace's Slack integration (if not already connected), then select a channel or enter a direct message recipient.

    The Slack message includes a summary card with row count and key metrics, plus a link to view the full report in the browser.

    <Info>
      Slack delivery requires the Slack integration to be connected. See [Messaging connectors](/integrations/connectors/messaging) for setup steps.
    </Info>
  </Tab>
</Tabs>

## Manage subscriptions

Scheduled deliveries are listed under **Analytics → Reports → Schedules**. From there you can:

* **Pause** a schedule without deleting it.
* **Edit** the frequency, time, or recipient list.
* **Run now** to trigger an immediate delivery outside the regular cadence.
* **Delete** to permanently remove the schedule.

Recipients can unsubscribe from scheduled emails using the unsubscribe link in the footer of each delivery. Admins can also remove recipients from the schedule management page.
